NEWS: After doing some digging in our member registrations we have found out that as of early October 2009 any registration request have NOT been received nor added to the membership list.  We are aware of the problem... We have NOT received any requests for membership since the same time frame.  We will be working on getting this changed / fixed etc.  If you have requested a CPPA number since October 2009, please accept our apologies.  We will update this page as soon as we get it going again.
